What You’ll Do Before the Call
Before your initial Analysis and Change Planning consultation, we aim to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Before the session you will be sent access to complete the Spiral Dynamics® Assessments: The Change Readiness Index. Then Stacy will review your results with you in your booked live video session. The assessment MUST be completed before the session to avoid having to cancel and thus be charged unnecessary additional rescheduling fees, as others are also waiting for consultation times.
What Happens During the Call
The consultation itself is designed to be a low-stress introduction to our process. During this session Stacy will review results of your Analysis from this amazing tool by Spiral Dynamics® Change Readiness Index to reveal where you are in your change journey, and start to uncover your deepest values that underly your life's path.
What Changes After the Call
After your initial analysis consultation, you'll gain a firsthand understanding of yourself. Then you will also receive a clear, customized suggested plan for future Coaching, including possible Anxiety Busting Release Sessions, Full Emotional Release Sessions, and more squirrel wrangling. This consultation serves as a tangible first step in your journey towards managing and defining your life, leaving you with a sense of empowerment and a roadmap to better mental and emotional well-being.
